FH4 Parental Control

Hello! I'm trying to access online fucntions in Forza Horizon 4, but they are restricted by some parental control things. My account is set as an adult and I am not in a family group where anyone could restrict these features, so how do I get rid of them
and gain access to the online features? Thanks in advance.

hey, i did a new acc, and have problems with paints and tuning presets in fh4 on windows 10, it says that parental control in xbox live block it. Help pls. I don't have xbox

Im playing FH4 on Windos but i cant use any online features. I have the ultimate edition if that helps. My account is a parent account. I get this message when i try (This feature is blocked per your Xbox Live parental control settings). I hope you can

i dont think its an error in game because it says "This feature is blocked per your Xbox Live parental control settings." I dont think my account is a child account because im over 18. But i dont know
why I get this message

Yes once the new account is set up and the original account added as a minor modify the settings from the new account of the original account to adult defaults. But again, we suggest reaching out to one of our live agents since its going to be a bit easier!
