forza hurizon 4 will not save 80% of the time

i played the online games on fh4 and it will not save that or my game progres. i thoght it was just a bug becaus the game has not rely ben relest yet but other pleyers dosent sem to have a problem with this

If you are using Windows - Xbox app. Corrupted data may cause the app to not to work properly.

Here are two steps on how to isolate system issues:

may cause the app to not to work properly.

Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App?



Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*|
Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.



Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

Sorry to hear you are still experiencing this issue. If you haven't already, Can you try removing and then re-adding your account to eh Xbox app on windows?

select the Start button > Settings icon >
Accounts icon , then find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select
Remove. Then go back to the Xbox
app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just removed

It is understood that this occurs when attempting to connect online, even with the information regarding the current network status being up to par.

We are attempting to further our investigation into the issue, is this by any chance the only game experiencing the issue being experienced? And if so, has there been an attempt to check if there may be ports specific to connecting with Forza Horizon 4's
online servers?

Our suggestion here is to further our view into the current network connection, attempt to follow the steps provided here on the
Forza Horizon Port Forward Page.

It is also recommended to follow our Xbox app NAT type on Windows 10 displays “Teredo is unable to qualify” article
in case the Xbox App happens to recognize any occurring anomalies.

Try this for us and let us know if this works.

I can't even find a region server and the Services is 0 places and the IPSEC with 0x00000000
