FH3 Expansion Pass not available to download

Hi!
Recently I came back to Forza Horizon 3 on PC (bought via Microsoft Store) and after a while I realised that additional content, which in this case is Expansion Pass (Blizzard Mountain and Hot Wheels DLCs), has not installed. After couple of minutes of looking for a solution it occurs that there is no option to install this expansion pass, even if I paid for it in the past and I have gained access legally.

To sum up, is there any solution to make it work? Or maybe is there any procedure of refund, while using this content is unavailable? I understand that FH3 and all DLCs have been withdrawn from sale, but from my perspective it should be possible in some way to use content that has been bought, like it is still possible to play vanilla FH3.

Generally you should be right, but not on this case. There is a button which indicates that Expansion Pass should be downloaded from the cloud, but when I press it it does two circles, like it's loading and then... happens absolutely nothing. That's why I began this subject.

If you paid for it in the past, it should be in your library in the Microsoft Store app available for install.

Hi Raxin,

I confirm the same. After doing the purchase of the Expansion Pass, I can then go get the individual FH3 expansions at no additional cost.

It sounds like this is a known issue that many people are having right now. I assume a resolution is forthcoming, but don't know exactly when it will be resolved.

In the meantime, I'll give you some standard suggestions with the caveat that others have reported trying them with no success. Might be worth trying just in case, though.

You might try a power cycle of your system- hold the Xbox button on the front of your Xbox for 10 seconds until it shuts down, wait a few seconds, then turn the system back on. Then try accessing Hot Wheels again.

You could also try going to My Games and Apps, selecting FH3, clicking on "Manage Game," and seeing if it happens to be under the "Ready to Install" tab there.

As you own the expansion pass the new DLC should be free to download once it becomes available.
