    I have not received the 15k for the FFXV preorder physical copy. I posted previously and was told 15 days after shipment. It's been well over that now and no credits. Can this be checked into please? Thanks.

    Thanks for the info Shay Dee Man, but I think I have changed my mind and I'll give FFXV a try...

    My order number for FFXV is [Mod Removed]

    the date I preordered the game was 4/22/2016 UTC

    I would like to cancel my preorder and receive a refund because I was under the misapprehension that it would be multiplayer co-op game.

    Both a message I received about FFXV and Xbox support claimed that I can cancel my preorder before the game releases.

    I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

    i preordered FFXV, dead rising 4, and titanfall 2 got the punches for FFXV and titanfall but it doesnt even show that i preordered dead rising 4 yet i have the preordered stamp on titanfall,FFXV,and skyrim yet i didnt even preorder skyrim i bought it about
    2 weeks after release. Another thing is before i bought DR4 it said i needed to spend $71 to reach VIP 4 and i bought deluxe edition of DR4 for $80 now it shows i still need to spend $63 though
