    I can play the game days ago. The last time I played was Friday. I installed a Windows update yesterday morning, Saturday. When I tried playing in the evening, the data is already lost!

    How can I retrieve the saved data from cloud?

    P.S. I also tried starting a New Game and saved it to one slot. When I try loading it, the slot is still blank.

    I reset the pc and re-downloaded the game, but I still have the same issue! Still no data and the game still does not save/load (as per screenshots below)

    It overwrote all of my old save files too, man. The whole game I played through on my xbox back in 2016. I really hope they either respond or that someone finds a working solution. :(

    I have exactly the same issue, happened two days ago. I lost connection to the Internet but I played the game; I have the offline settings on. The next day with the Internet back I wanted to play and poof - all the save files are gone just like on your
    screenshots. I tried everything; reinstalling, reseting settings and even the reddit tutorial. The reddit stuff seemed to work - the game finally saw some of my saved data. But it didn't load. To be sure I started new game again and tried to save the game
    but it didn't save. I have my save files backed up (yes, they are still there but the game does not see them). I hope it will be resolved some day because I can't even start a new game and create a new save file...
