FFXV doesn't show save files

Hi! Tonight I tried starting FFXV again and all my save files were gone. I still get the option to do the new game+ option and I still have the screen you get when you finish the game, but I can't see the save files. What can I do? Do I need to reinstall
the game? Thanks!

Unfortunately the situation didn't change... I also tried copying my save files, erasing them and then placing them back, but I really don't know what to do anymore. The strange thing is that I still have my save files in all the DLCs, but not the main game
ones.

What I have been able to find out is that FFXV does support cloud saves so any saves you have should be synced on the cloud. However it seems like it may not download your saves if there are no local files. Perhaps backing up any files you have in C:\Users\NAME\Saved
Games\GAME for FFXV and then removing them. Try relaunching the game and seeing if cloud saves kick in.

Hi. Have you tried reinstalling the entire game to see if this solves it? You might want to check to see if your disc is scratched or not. Also, try deleting the entire game save and start fresh by going to Manage game and add-on by hitting Menu button
after highlighting FFXV. Then delete the game save everywhere. If this doesn't work, I would recommend buying a digital version of FFXV as I feel physical copies are fragile and outdated.

The problem is that the hard drive doesn't show any save files, even though it suggests there is data on the drive by showing it has 72 GB available.
