FF12 not working after Start up

So, I have recently purchased the FF12 copy on the Xbox store on the PC. I have tried to load it up and once I hit the space bar to start the game, I am then consistently met with a pop up to confirm who I am. I have had this for a several other games just as a double check which I am fine, and they have worked without any issues and after the first confirmation the popup doesn't reappear. But with the FF12 it reappears every time I try to load it up and this renders the client unusable. I have tried to uninstall and load up it up with different settings, but I have yet to actually play the game. If there is something i am missing or is there a way to ensure it doesn't reappear? Thanks

We understand that you are having an issue with Final Fantasy 12. As per description, it won't start once you will hit the start button and it is only happening on this game only. Let us check on this together and sort this out. We will do to the best in our capability to assist you with your concern.

For us to sort it out, we would like to know more about it in details so that we can provide a more accurate resolution for you. To start, please provide us information/answer on the following questions:

Is your PC system driver updated to the latest version?
Do you have windows defender running? If yes, simply disable it.
For sure your PC met is more than the minimum specs as required by the game.
Have you checked all the usual crap, verified the files in the FF12 folder?
Have tried to disable all virus\malware protection off?

You may also try to do these steps.

go to where the game is installed
and delete everything in the FF12 folder, (don't uninstall)
after that, install the game.

Hello! Happen the same to me. The other game work perfectly but not FF12 after 1 week of playing. I follow the instruction, also unistall and reinstall... but nothing.... Could you Help me? Thanks.
