Few questions about Ascend: Hand of Kul

Just had a few questions about this Ascend: Hand of Kul

1. My ascended warriors have captured a few shrines and altars but don't seem to be earning crusade points. Does anyone know why this is?

2. The game says to ascend every five levels for maximum emblems, but I just ascended at level 30 and it put me down to level 24 with a level cap of 35. How am I supposed to ascend every five levels if it puts me 11 levels behind where I can ascend again?

3. Does anyone know what happens when one of the bars that shows crusade progress for each faction fills up? Does that faction win the game? Does the game start over or end?.

If anyone here would be able to answer these questions for me it would be greatly appreciated.

1. They'll come along. Not exactly sure how the crusade points work, wouldn't worry about them unless you're trying to make the top of the leaderboards. Doesn't really help you out that much.

2. You ascend once you catch up and reach the next level goal. That next level goal is supposed to be +5 from when you last ascended. So when you reach level 35, you'll drop down to whatever level, then have to go up too level 40 before you can ascend again.

3. I have not seen anyone actually fill the weekly crusade bar thing. Whoever has the bar filled the most wins the bonus for that week. Then Saturday/Sunday you'll have the bonus if you were on the winning team. No particular faction can win the entire
game, just the weeklies.
