Fetching Online Profile Error Code. MODERN WARFARE

I suggest that you Power Cycle the console and reset the internet connection: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/power/restart-or-power-cycle-console

I have this same problem when playing modern warfare 3...only it's been ongoing since the start of the year for me. My connection is fine and the Xbox is wired. I get booted out after one game and it gives me some error crap with the modern warfare 3 servers.
Then it will try to fetch my online profile. Honestly what's the deal...I read other people having the same problems here. Is there a universal fix?

I just tried this and it looks like it temporarily fixed my modern warfare. I was actually able to log in for the first time in a long time for three times in a row, however, upon launching it a fourth time, it is once again got stuck on the fetching online profile prompt and then I was given the error code 4 again. I also checked my Cold war and that one still crashes every time a multiplayer match begins. But it it looks like modern warfare no longer gets stuck on the checking for update prompt which is good. But other than that it seems to have the same issues.

The message appears when i try to play COD WWII on multiplayer. When i try to connect to XBOX Live it tries to fetch my online profile and then the error code pops up
