Fenyx rising achievements won’t unlock

Discus and support Fenyx rising achievements won’t unlock in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have two achievements that wont work. I dont know why.     I have two achievements that wont work. I dont know why. I tried redownloading the game and my profile. Nothing works.

    Achievements won't unlock

    I am also having the same problem with Forza Horizon 3 and Destiny Rise of Iron. I have not unlocked a single achievement apparently despite meeting the requirements for certain achievements to be unlocked.

    I noticed this too while playing Forza 5 and Dead Rising 3 offline. Once I signed in to Xbox Live a bunch of achievements for both unlocked. As I continued to play online more achievements unlocked. I believe you must be signed in to Xbox Live to unlock
    achievements, at least for the time being.

    All achievement progress deleted

    Titanfall, Dead Rising 3 and forza 4 achievements progress has gone. Also got an achievement in FIFA 14 but it didn't unlock. Hopefully an update will come soon !

    Achievement. At 100% but locked

    Same issue with different games on XB1, i have two unlocked achievements today in Dead Rising 3 but the points are not added to my general Game Score, another achievement is 100% complete but not unlocked, same with another achievement in BF4 100% complete
    and not unlocked, another one in Fifa 14. This is very frustating, too many problems with this console.
