Feequent disconnection from Xbox Live on series X

Hi.

Since I've got my series X, it has had a frequent disconnection issue, where whilst playing online game, the connection will from for ?up to a minute, and reconnect, causing me to frequently be kicked from lobbies. It is most noticeable on games with long rounds, ie warzone.

It seems to happen randomly, some nights not at all, others it will be constant.

I have not noticed any disconnections whilst watching content through apps, and get no notification of disconnection when the issue occurs.

I have attempted a full system reset, a network reset, router reset.

I have cleared all network settings.

It's not the fastest Internet, download speed of 16mbps and upload of 4mbps, but I have never had this issue one the Xbox one or PS4.

I attempted a wired connection with the same results.

Any help or advice on a cause or solution for this would be really appreciated, it's getting beyond annoying, now.

I would suggest you take a look at the Xbox One Network Connection Solution and Troubleshoot your network connection speed | Xbox Support support page to see if you can identify the issue.

When I want to disconnect the electricity from the device, I turn off the device completely through the settings

You should not disconnect the power from the Xbox Series X while it is in sleep or shutdown mode even if the fan does not rotate ???

I have the Xbox Series X and the things I’ve tried to fix the problem are

• Changing my NAT Type from Moderate to Open

• Disconnecting and reconnecting my Battlenet ID from my Xbox account

• Port forwarding ports from Overwatch 2 directly to my router

• Restarting my Xbox Series X

• Deleting and reinstalling Overwatch 2

• Restarting my router

None of these things have worked whatsoever

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.
