Feeling a bit desparate with FIFA hacking.

We got a bill for $3000 for FIFA 16 points last week. No e-mail receipts in my in box. We closely monitor our kids and the Bank agreed that it was fraud. Can anyone help with this:

Huge bill (bigger than our mortgage shows up.

No e-mal receipt at all for transactions, just the credit card bill.

We call microsoft and the bank and try to stop the charges.

While I'm at home today an other $99.99 charge followed by a $9.99 charge show up in our history... billed today while no one is on the account.

Checked FIFA 16 with my kid. No points in his game total so whomever used our credit card was able to get the points delivered to some other device. He tells me that when he tried to log on he got a message saying that his account was in use.

I'm stunned that Microsoft allowed anyone to use that credit card after our conversation last week.

Microsoft fraud people didn't believe me and I guess I can't blame them despite the insanity an timing of purchases including times when no one used the XBox at all.

I've shut the whole account down now but does anyone have any suggestions. Microsoft fraud dept. told me they thought I was lying.

How can someone be top prestige on all cods when they've only been on xbox live a year

I never understand hacking in games. I'd be left feeling a bit empty if everything I was doing was not of my own skill. Sure, you're fooling others but you can't fool yourself :/

5. Always check your bank statements frequently

You need to call 1800 4my xbox and tell them that your account is been billed, they know what to do just try to rest your password and put a passscode on there as well to prevent these purchases.
