    So this evening I tried to download the xbox one gold games. The 360 game download navigation was very slow and I was able to complete the free purchase but them it stayed on the done button. I'm not sure if it worked so I hit back. Then I tried the xbox
    games. When I hit the get button nothing happened. I waited a full minute or so.

    The xbox store didn't indicate anything was wrong so I went to the support site. I wanted to submit a ticket but had to use chat. The first chat told me other users were having issues as well and directed me to another chat. The other chat gave me a link
    to request a refund for my xbox gold membership and provide feedback.

    My feedback is that the xbox store is sluggish! I really don't want to pay for a membership that wastes my time. Human interfacing; anything longer that 3 seconds can loose the users's attention. The store is very sluggish. And today it didn't even work.
    It could have at least shown a message that something was wrong and with an eta on when it would be resolved. That would actually reduce the influx of users reporting issues.

    The link I received to request a refund didn't show any items so I'm going to put the request here. The performance of the xbox store is terrible, I mean incredibly slow and unresponsive and with excessive menu levels. Like I have a gold membership, why
    isn't there just a button for downloading gold games? That would make too much sense right? Anyways I want a refund for my gold membership.

    For refunds or billing issues you have to follow the proper procedure as indicated otherwise contact xbox support for further help.
