    Feedback on Xbox Elite Series 2 controller


    I'm a huge fan of the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller. It's the best controller I've ever owned, and it's the only controller I'm comfortable using for the FPS genre (as a lifelong PC kb+m player). That being said, the quality of the bumpers is not great at all. Both bumpers on my controller are unresponsive after approximately two years of use. My understanding is that this is a fairly common issue:

    This doesn't affect me because using the paddles for bumper inputs is better for most games I play. That being said, it would be a neat thing to address in the Xbox Elite Series 3 controller (if there is one). As outlined in some of the troubleshooting videos, the issue may relate to the spacing between the bumper and the actual input pad.

    (The only other issue I've noticed is the rubber on one of my control sticks is peeling off, but that's the type of thing I'd try to replace if it ever really became an issue).

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller

    Yeah the Elite Series 2 was basically improved from feedback of users of the Elite Series 1

    Many problems were fixed including the bumpers and the grip that also came loose after some time

    Hope to get an Elite Controller one day :)
