Feedback on the Xbox App for iOS and iPadOS

Hi, I’ve recently been using the Xbox app a lot more to talk to my friend while they game on their Xbox consoles. I don’t own one, but I do have a Microsoft Account so using that, I created an account. I enjoyed talking to my friends without them having
to have their phone or tablet out, but I had some issues of my own with this application. First, some apps don’t play nice with the Xbox app. These applications don’t allow me to have the Xbox app open for party chat and still be able to talk to my friends.
I know it is not the fault of those apps because Discord, FaceTime, and Skype don’t have this issue. Please make it so I can talk to my friend while using almost every app like Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, and more. Next, please make it so that while in party
chat, my friends’ Xbox consoles don’t disconnect from the party for no reason. This doesn’t happen to them while they’re using the app, so clearly this a console issue but should still be fixed regardless. I might be having a good conversation with my friends
just to be interuppted by their Xboxes disconnecting and sometimes taking minutes to work again. Microsoft, people (On Xbox Console, not PC or Mobile) are paying $60 a year for party chat and yet it has so many problems. Please fix these issues. Thanks!

Unfortunately, it appears that the Xbox app now requires at least iOS (iPadOS) 12. Just checked on an iPad 4 and got the same result as you.

I agree with that, it's a iOS or iPadOS / Elite controller 2 problem because it works fine with other devices (on Android and Windows).

Who should we make contact with, Apple or Microsoft?? I think Apple that they'll come with an update.

— Do you notices this behavior on macOS, iOS, or iPadOS?

— What version of macOS, iOS, or iPadOS the affected device runs?

— What potential solutions have you tried to solve this issue?
