Feedback for the new Xbox Dashboard

I hope this message finds you all well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding the recent changes to the Xbox dashboard. While I appreciate the continuous efforts to enhance the gaming experience, I find the new design, particularly the increased advertising, to be less appealing.

The constant promotion, especially for Game Pass, has impacted the overall aesthetics and user experience. It diminishes the polished feel and makes the interface seem less refined.

As a user who values owning games over subscription services, I sense a lack of emphasis on the titles I've purchased and installed. Given the significant investment in my game library, I would appreciate a clearer overview and more customization options to prioritize my owned games.

The removal of the ability to customize the entire menu, including item order, is puzzling. While I understand the marketing strategy behind promoting Game Pass, I believe advanced users within the Xbox Insider community should have the option to minimize advertising and personalize their gaming experience.

In comparison to the user-friendly approach of Sony's competition, the current Xbox dashboard feels less intuitive and appealing. This aspect alone makes it challenging for me to wholeheartedly recommend the console.

I also want to highlight language translation issues, especially for users like me in Germany. The translations in the store appear to be machine-generated, possibly using tools like Bing, and they leave a noticeably unprofessional impression.

Recently, I purchased Persona 5 Royal from the store, and despite it not being available on Game Pass, I continue to receive advertisements suggesting otherwise on the dashboard. This inconsistency in information can be confusing and negatively impacts the overall user experience.

I understand that changes take time, but as part of the Xbox Insider community, I hope our collective feedback contributes to significant improvements in the Xbox dashboard in the coming years. Thank you all for your time and consideration.
