FedEx Tracking Number for Xbox Series X Order Cannot Be Found On FedEx Tracker

It'll usually say that when a shipping label has been created, but the package hasn't actually been picked up yet. So it's not in FedEx's system yet.

In my last contact with support the lady told me that the reason that the FedEx site doesn't show the updated tracking info is because it's a reserve tracking number that FedEx gives Microsoft in advance. Microsoft then assigns each repair order a tracking
number before it's entered into FedEx system. Once a number of repairs are deemed completed (a certain quantity) then Microsoft calls FedEx for pickup.Once FedEx receives the consoles they enter them into the system.

so MS gave you a tracking number that Fedex doesnt recognize nor does Fedex CS state is a fedex tracking number... by any chance did the tracking number start with USPS or UPS

Well I got the same problem and contact xbox chat support twice and fedex once (in between).

the number xbox support provide me is invalid for fedex so they apparently can't help us... and microsoft is unable to provide me the tracking number (after 1H20 min in the chat room the second time...). So I will just wait and see if my xbox come back home

MS: Robin, this number 0//////// is the outbound number that's why fedex can't trace your console.

MS: This number is the inbound tracking which you need to present to fedex and also the tracking number.

I've got the track number,supposedly FedEx. I've called FedEx told them the track number they tell me it's not in there system... I tried calling Microsoft for customer support, no one picks up..
