February 10 2020 Xbox Alpha dash broke my xbox one x

It's a risk you take. I un-enrolled because I didn't want to deal with those risks on my X. On my xbox one I kind of didn't care since it was old.

I know it is probably not what you want to hear but you could reset your xbox back to factory settings and reload all your games?

Another idea, if you can get to it, is you may want to opt out of the Insider program/preview rings just so you

can get a stable working console again. Since Insider program is technically Beta, these things can occasionally happen and at least if you opt out temporarily, you’re not stuck with a brick. Plus then if you opt back in, and the problems come up again,
you have a workaround until you can contact support

Unfortunately this is one of the things we can run into on the insider program. If you can, i'd maybe suggest rolling back to a different level on the program that is a bit more stable most of the time.
