Feather Skull off the 12 XBox Live Gold Membership card not working!

The Feather Skull in-game bouns Skull unlocked for the Halo 2: Anniversary campain is exclusive until 03/15/2015 with the purchase of the Xbox Live Gold Subsciption card. Halo 2 Anniversary game required for in-game bonus item. The Feather Skull Bonus Item
enables melee strikes that will cause the player and enemies to knock their opponent farther....

I purchased the 12 month XBox Live Gold membership with bonus Halo Master Chief "Feather Skull" and plugged in the 25 digit code to have access and use the Feather Skull in the Halo game, but it isn't there! I call XBox support and they verified that I have
the rights to the in game content by looking in my account, but when I go to the game it is not there.

I did all the basic t/s'ing steps, even removed my account and re-downloaded it loaded the game and still didn't have access the Feather Skull.

I have tried to post on halo forum with no help.

I paid $59.99 more for the skull and didn't get it, if it doesn't work, I would like a refund, because the code/skull didn't work!
I have yet to plug in the year of gold code because I only wanted the feather skull but if it doesn't work, this should me a refund is in order unless we can get this fixed. Please Help fix it or help with a refund. This issue is time sensitive since
the Feather Skull becomes available to the masses on 3/15/15 but I should have had access on 1/16/15 since I paid $59.99 for the permission/licences 25 digit code.

Feather Skull Halo MCC code not working.

I purchase a 12 month XBox Gold Live membership card and on it came a Bonus Feather Skull Code, plugged in the code got the okay that it was entered correctly redeemed it and loaded up Halo MCC... Never got the Skull!

I was given the code by a friend who doesnt play Halo and I'm in the same situation. Downloaded the skull. Its not appearing. I did have a little ! symbol on the "Skulls On" tab in Campaign on the first loadup after downloading but it hasnt appeared at
any other time in my attempts to get the skull working.

 

I understand you are having issues also but I'm not getting any help from anyone!

 

This issue was finally fixed by the Xbox support call center escalation team.

 

its march 17th and i still haven't gotten the skull can anyone help

 

nvm its appperently march 21st when it gets released for everyone
