    FC4 won't install on xbox series x

FC4 limited edition won't install on my Xbox series x. I have installed 1 2 and 3 without a hitch but 4 just wont cooperate. The console won't recognize the disc and say it isn't compatible but I can buy FC4 on the Microsoft store? This is confusing.

    :)

Hi YmmiJneutron, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To clarify, you're pertaining to Far Cry 4, correct? If yes, just a friendly reminder that for Far Cry 4 the 360 version of the game is not compatible on Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S console because there is a version specifically for Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S.

For your reference, you can check the backward-compatible 360 games here: https://www.xbox.com/en-us/games/backward-compa...

I just want far cry 4 in the backwards compatible library on the xbox

Back compat wont return until after Xbox Series X launches, Also it is up to Ubisoft wheather the 360 version will be BC. However there is a Xbox 1 version of FC4 too

    Hi,

Your drive will work the same on Series X as it does on Xbox One and you won't need to format it.

However, Series X games or Xbox One games with Series X enhancements will not run from that drive and will either need to be installed internally or to an external SSD designed for Series X/S.

Your hard drive will be too slow for Series X games. They can be stored there, but not run from there.

Why don’t it let me play 2k24

My Xbox series x 2k24 game won't install and says I have to buy the game for like 30 to 40$ when I have the disc

doesnt work on my laptop? can i use code on an xbox?

The digital version Flight Simulator 2020 is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, this means that if you purchase it on the Microsoft Store or Windows Store it can be installed on both systems.

I'm afraid if your Laptop does not meet the minimum spec it won't work on your device. If you buy an Xbox Series X or Series S and use the same account you can install and play it on there.

Note: The console must be a Series X or S. MSFS2020 is not compatible with the older Xbox One, Xbox One S, or Xbox One X
