FC4 game stutters and freezes

When I first install the game it was working fine, now lately its been freezing every so often every few minutes or so. it would freeze for a couple seconds at the worst possible moments. It does it during offline mode but what's worse, is that when I'm
online playing with a buddy, it would totally freeze so bad for quite a few seconds and kicks me right out of the game. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled the game, reinstalled it, and redownloaded the update. I then try to play the game again, no change
in the freezing or stuttering. I cleared the cache again, still no effect. this time I uninstalled it again, and reinstalled it to the external two terabyte hard drive, with updates. it seems to help a little. But it still there and can be very annoying as
it comes at the wrong time. It seems like it does it when is trying to save or sync with something. and I think that's why it's kicking me out of a co-op game. As I said it was never this bad when I first started playing it. My NAT is open so I have no problems
with that and I have no problems with any other game I play. I've contacted Ubisoft for any help but they have not responded for a while now. I appreciate any assistance in this ordeal. Thanks in advance.

Call of duty freezes on my xbox one

at the same place in CoD WW2, my game stutters and freezes and sends me to home page. I reset my console and got a new CoD game and the same thing keeps happening.

I'm having the same problem with all video apps... Freezes the sound stutters and then shuts off... With Netflix it show cannot play video then shuts off.
