Fc24 points do not appear after being redeemed in Microsoft store

It seems that you are experiencing issue with your FC24 points after redeeming in your Microsoft account which does not show up. Let us help you perform some steps to able to find the purchased points of the game.

We have found an official article from the game support team that suggest what to do to find the missing points. Here are the steps:

1. Confirm your purchase went through by checking your transaction history on the platform you purchased it on.
   
2. Restart your game, then check for your FC Points.
   
3. Look at the EA SPORTS FC Direct Communication channel (@EASFCDirect) to check for any issues that might be preventing your missing FC Points from coming through.
   
4. Check the server status for the platform you’re playing on. Server issues could impact your FC Points from coming through so if there are any current issues, check again later once they’re fixed. To check for Xbox server status, see: Xbox Status | Xbox Support

Hi Rodrigo, I want to say it’s not the first code from the same supplier, I used more than 3 recently, and it has been issued in Romania, I also tried there on the console and laptop, on the Xbox app. If it was the first one I would of understood but it’s not, should I ask for another code and try in Romania first? Thank you for your help.

Thats the problem, because I redeemed the code being register in Latin America. So the microsoft balance does not appear while im going to buy something in the store
