FC points from pre order incentive not showing

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.



We understand that your son is expecting the 4,600 FC points to be added his account. We would like to let you know that the first time your son log into Ultimate Team, Clubs, or VOLTA Football, he will be prompted to transfer the points by then he can make his transfer. However, if this prompted and he did not make the transfer then he will no longer have the chance to make the transfer as this will be one-time only.

  • Yes, if you have an outstanding FIFA Points balance in FIFA 23, you can transfer and convert them to FC points in EA FC 24.
    
  • The first time you log into Ultimate Team, Clubs, or VOLTA Football, you will be prompted to transfer your points.
    
  • This is a one-time only transfer; you will not be able to transfer any points after this.
    
  • The cut off date to perform this transfer is January 1st, 2024. You will not be able to utilize your one-time transfer after this date.

In all fairness, a lot of games give pre-order incentives now. Both good and bad. Borderlands 2 is offering a coliseum (like Borderlands but with xp and loot rewards) and a whole 5th character class just for pre-ordering.

Ideally these EA Access code rolls out in 7-10 business days after placing the order from Microsoft's website. If in case you purchased/pre-ordered from a retailer the, code would highly be included upon release or be provided to you via email.

"No matter when you’re charged for your pre-order, you’ll still be eligible for any pre-order incentives that may be included with the game. Check the game description in the Microsoft Store or Xbox Store to see if there are any pre-order incentives.

Some games offer incentives that are immediately available, while you may have to wait for other incentives until the game is released. If you don’t see an incentive right after you place your order, you can expect to receive it the same day that your pre-order
is available."
