    FC 24 disc won’t install on Xbox one


    Hi I’m trying to install FC 24 on disc on my kids Xbox one but it gets to a certain point and then just says installation stopped. What is wrong? The boys have played this game on the Xbox before but now it won’t install. Have tried everything… any advice would be great!

    Hi Carissa, I’m Ryan.

    Does the download stop at the same point every time, and does the error only occur with FC 24? Have you tried installing the game offline? Refer to:

    Also, cancel the download and perform a hard reset by disconnecting the power cable for at least 10 seconds to completely reset the power supply, then try installing the game again.

    like for some reason, I can’t play Xbox one game discs cuss they won’t install. I can only install and play Xbox 360 game discs and games that have been installed from the store.

    Fc 24 Color problem

    Hi Dorukhan,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues with the colors of your Xbox when playing FC 24.

    If the rest of your games works normally in terms of color accuracy, you might have adjusted the color blindness settings of FC 24.

    In FC 24, go to Settings> Accessibility > Color Blindness and set it to default.

    If the problem is that you have not received the FC 24 game on Xbox, share with you a few steps as well as a link where you can find additional helpful information.

    Go to My games and apps.
    Find EA Sports FC 24.
    Press A to select the game.
    Choose "Ready to Install" from the drop-down menu.
    Select the available plugin you want to install and confirm.

    . I'm sorry to hear that you are missing the TOTW 1 Ultimate Team Player Item from your EAFC 24 preorder. Please follow these steps to check if you have received the item:

    - Go to your Xbox dashboard and select My games & apps.

    - Find EAFC 24 and press the Menu button on your controller.

    - Select Manage game & add-ons and then Ready to install.

    - Look for the TOTW 1 Ultimate Team Player Item and select Install.

    If you don't see the item in the Ready to install section, please try restarting your console and checking again.
