    Faulty Xbox S?


    I recently bought an Xbox S series. I downloaded 3 games over the night waiting to play them in the morning. When I woke up then were all installed, but when Opened them, 1 crashed, one of them glitched and made my TV look like I had punched it, and the third one loads fine. I check the manage games and addons and I see that none of my save data loaded over. I get on call with support at about 1, and we ended the calls around 4(thank you so much for sticking with me through this) and we eventually got to the reset. Support person told me to reset but keep the games, I did that and when I signed back In my gold was gone. I check my subscriptions and it says that I have it until November of this year. What is going on with this console

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Were you able to check the subscription on the console itself or through the website? To validate, kindly follow the steps below:

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

    Once you were able to confirm the subscription from there simply remove and re-add your account.

    REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    ​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

    4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

    ​​​

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    ​​​

    ADD ACCOUNT​​​

    ​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

    3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

    4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

    5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

    Nothing Works.I have seen a ton of reports about this problem on multiple games. It seems that nobody cares about this. If It is a faulty console It means that there are a lot of faulty series s around.

    Thanks, it seems none of these issues are causing this unexpected "turn off" for my xbox one s.

    Could it be due to a faulty internal power supply? And would it be fine if power supply be changed?

    How to confirm if this is due to faulty power supply?

    Looking for advise please.

    Do mean no HDMI output from your console ?

    If so then it`s possible the HDMI port has gone faulty. It`s quite a common problem with consoles that are regularly being unplugged and plugged back in.

    Their are plenty of PC repair shops who also specialise in console repair. I`d take it to your nearest and get it checked out.
    And it`s not against Microsoft T`s & C`s to get a faulty console professionally repaired. It`s only against T`s & C`s to make illegal modifications.
