    Hello, I have purchased an xbox 360 contoller a month ago the model is JR9-00010. The Issue I have with this controller is that on the D'pad the right arrow button is difficult to press whereas all other buttons can be pressed with a light tap. As a result
    of this I am forced to apply more pressure on this button alone and this is especially troubling in fighting games where the buttons are used to move. When pressing the right arrow button on the D'pad I can feel some kind of pressure pushing against my thumb
    therefore a light tap on the button may not register the button being pressed at all. My nephew also has an Xbox 360 console and controllers and his controllers do not have the same issue as my controller which is why there must be a problem with the controller
    I have received . I have sent the controller back to the store where I have bought it a week after the purchase and I have just recieved the controller back today however they have sent back the exact same controller and did not fix the issue.

    I bought this controller because the price was really attractive but with the issue that arose I'm beginning to think that it was actually a waste of money.

    Anyone ever come across an issue like this before?

    OK I bought a xbox 360 controller and it works fine but between a match the analogue stick doesn't respond.It just continues in one Direction .Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Can a xbox one wireless controller be used for xbox 360?

    My family has recently gotten a xbox one x and is using our old 360 frequently as well. Recently one of the 360 controllers right stick has become faulty. Wondering if there is any way to use a xbox one wireless controller for the 360?

    My Day 1 controller has left stick lag. My wife's controller has a faulty D-Pad.

    These controllers were treated like gold.

    If you were eating you weren't even allowed to look at them.

    There have been, and continue to be, many threads about the XBox ONE controller going faulty.

    If the Red Ring was letting the side down on the 360 then it's the controllers that are letting the side down for the ONE.

    Hi,

    Sounds like a faulty controller to me. Especially if it used to work but now it doesn't and the fact that you've tried it on two different computer's.

    Downloading drivers won't help as there are no updated drivers. The drivers for the Xbox 360 controllers are built into Windows 10. There no issues with Xbox 360 controllers and Windows 10 to my knowledge.

    The only way for sure would be to try another Xbox 360 controller or a third party Xinput supported controller. Failing that an Xbox One or Series X|S controller.

    Hello gamer,

    This behavior can occur if one or more of the following conditions are true:

    . The battery has reached the charge limit.

    . There may be an issue with the charge cable.

    . There may be an issue with the battery.

    Things to try:

    1. Determine the part of the recharging system that may be causing the issue.

    Controller

    Try AA batteries or try a different Xbox 360 Rechargeable Battery Pack in the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller to verify that there is nothing wrong with the controller. If the controller works with different batteries, the controller is not causing the issue.

    Charge cable

    Try a different Xbox 360 Play and Charge cable to charge the battery. If the battery charges correctly with a different charge cable, the original charge cable is faulty.

    Rechargeable battery

    a. Use a cotton swab and some alcohol to clean the four gold contacts on the Xbox 360 Rechargeable Battery Pack and on the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller.

    b. Try a different Xbox 360 Rechargeable Battery Pack with the charge cable. If the second battery charges correctly, the original battery is faulty.
