    Anyone else have problems with elite series 2 sticks, I have bought 4 of them and all four have had the exact same problem where when you move the left stick to the top left it doesn’t click. And all four of these controllers where brand new.

    No this isn’t an update fix it’s a fault with the controller , all 4 that I have bought have had a broken left stick

If update of the controller and of the device's system (Xbox Console or PC Operating System) did not help your issue - Update your Xbox Wireless Controller | Xbox Support.

    it does not seem that they plan to fix this issue... or even to state that they are aware of it. they are ignoring it
