Faulty code given

I did some challenges given by Xbox. I got codes for two dollars for each challenge. Two of the codes worked well, however, one of them said it had been used when I tried to redeem it. I did not use it and only have four of the six dollars.

Online pass code

You need to contact EA upport, they will be able to give you a good code if yours is faulty. The contact details should be in the game packaging somewhere.

 

Faulty CoD code

I'm running into the same problem with the bundle.. some information on what is going on would be nice..

 

I noticed same thing and, opened a support chat session, they found the code was redeemed to my account on 6/10.

I dug though emails and the "Incoming transmission 1" mail from 6/10 had a link to redeem 2$ which I obviously forgot about.

Chat support can check your code regardless

 

I went to the chat and they sent me here. They said this place would get me a new code.
