Faulty brand new controller elite 2

Hi, Bought an elite 2 Controller almost a month ago, and my left stuck has a huge amount of drift and my B button double taps. need some guideness to replace my controller as its brand new with these issues coming straight out a brand new box.

It's going to be alot for me to ship it back pay for shipping on both ends and pay for duty in the UK , there has to be a way for me to fed ex it to the closest shop tvicr station and when it's done you ship it back to me?

Kindly help me find a way because I'm running out of solutions and for me the best way is to send it directly from me

If you get an error message, it could mean that Microsoft has no repair centers there to send it to.

In that case, you'd have to send it to your friend, who then has to do the replacement for you, I guess.

To get your controller replaced you have two options:

Either get in contact with the shop where you bought it for an exchange.

Or you can go to
https://devicesupport.microsoft.com/ and sign in with your Microsoft Account.

If you bought the controller via Microsoft in their online store, it might already show up under your devices.

If not, you might have to first register your Xbox console, and then say that you have issues with an accessory of your console.

Select the Elite 2 controller from the list and follow the steps to get a warranty replacement for the controller.

Hi,

My controller was purchased for me in the UK by a friend because I stay In west Africa Ghana and he shipped it to me. So on the replacement and repair site when I put my address in africa I get an error message, but when I put my friends address in the UK
it goes through.

So what I want to know is can I do my replacement from Ghana or do I have to send it back to the UK and then get replaced by my friend and then he sends it back?

So managed to get a replacement after going to a different shop,get home a synced straight away no problems.

MS should be looking into their manufacturing process,obviously something wrong with their component quality. The reason I bought an elite is because I had already gone through 3 standard controllers in less than a year,2 with drifting sticks and 1 with
trigger problems.

Lets just hope I have better luck with this one!
