Fault in RT LT Triggers on Xbox Series X Controllers

Hello everyone,

There is a design fault on the Xbox Series X controllers that has been known for some time: the RT and LT triggers which remain blocked after a few hours of intensive use (such as a car racing game for example).

For example, this issue happened on my 3 different Xbox Series X controllers within a few hours of use, while my Xbox 360 controller is 8 years old and still working fine.
But I found almost nothing to solve this problem on my own (technical documents for example?) And even less official information from Microsoft, which also refuses returns.

Do you know if Microsoft plans to fix this problem on a future production of controllers?
Do you have information to thwart or eliminate this problem?

You need to know what causes the problem. for example I have a controller that came with my Series S, and this problem does not happen on it, on the Xbox one S that I have it occurs, but the problem is with the housing and not the trigger itself, in my case it would be enough to open and check if the problem is in the rubber, or in the plastic housing to solve the problem. it's a must see on yours. To request the problem through micrisoft it is necessary to request the repair and controls have a 90 day warranty period.

Yes I understood well, it is the impression that I have. Reduced warranty period (3 months...) it's that they don't trust us or their product, and that protects them from flaws occurring in the medium-term and long-term...
Now that they have flooded the market with their Series X controllers and stopped producing/selling the old versions, we are stuck with this fault. And it is indeed a design fault: it doesn't exist on other versions of controllers, I am not the only one to have this problem, and on 3/3 different controllers manufactured in the same period I was able to reproduce the problem in exactly the same way with an normal use.

In short, no problem for me to get some issues, but I prefer when the manufacturer take it on and offers a compromise instead of sitting on its monopoly.

I didn't use it for 3 months. I was using other Serie X controllers which also had the problem, then came the turn of the one I bought from Microsoft. And 90 days is more a withdrawal period than a warranty.
Considering the feeling during the use, it looks like a rubber problem (soft, quiet and sticky). It's sad that this fault was not detected during the design... I'll have to get into DIY! Or take my old 360 controller up again...

The warranty terms state the warranty period, which is one year for the console and 3 months for all accessories sold with the console.
