Everything here has been done and accounted for, and still crashing. I canceled my membership so I don't even have access to download anything anymore even though my bank account has been charged the $18.65 fee for the month sub and seem to have lost all access to redownload or access anything in the app. After canceling my membership. Yet nothing has been refunded. Microsoft/Xbox can piss off and keep the money at this point. I'm not interested in dealing with a piss-poor app. let alone a service that doesn't even work when I meet the specs to run the games even after reinstalling and doing all of the processes mentioned above.

Thanks for the suggestions though, but this is just a basic run-of-the-mill troubleshoot for stuff to look over and yet it's still crashing. I tried filing and sending a message to the service to see what I could do about getting a refund considering I couldn't play anything I had an interest in on the app. and the specs to run it, but as figured it was nothing but an automotive service and bot to lead you on and never interact with an actual person. That alone is warrant enough to not want to deal with this service nor Xbox in general tbh.

I'm also not resubbing to try anything else because it wants to charge me another 18.65 to re-sub even after already having the fee charged and taken out of my bank account.

Not trying to have a bad attitude about it, but it is kind of hard not to at this point after reinstalling the app and games twice now, and still nothing is working plus being charged a monthly fee and it just outright canceling my access to anything in the app to download anything after being charged for it.
