Fast card

Discus and support Fast card in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I got 3 gift cards from Microsoft and they are $10 dollars each by the way they are also Fastcard too.     I got 3 gift cards from Microsoft and they are $10 dollars each by the way they are also Fastcard too. I even went to redeem the gift card, but it says this message. So I don't know if the gift card has an error on it or has an issue of the fast cards.,
    but I noticed that it doesn't have 25 character code on the gift card. Please somebody respond me back to this comment. The

    Code not found. Try re-entering it. If that doesn't work, contact the merchant.

    It only shows numbers and there is two codes:

    One is just only numbers

    Another code is a lot of numbers, but is under the barcode

    Cannot tell which is which

    Given that the physical stores were just announced to close permanently (will they even open again before they're closed for good?), we have no way to redeem the FastCards. Microsoft - what can we do to use the credit you sold us? Thanks!
