FarCry5 Won't Load

So, bought FarCry5. Loaded it onto the Xbox1 and it wont load. I tried turning down the resolution and doing thebhard reboot but still get the No Signal screen. I dont want to go after a refund if its something in my end. Any ideas?!?!?

Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:

Confirm that both your TV and Xbox One console are turned on.

Check that your TV is set to the correct input signal (HDMI).

Check that the HDMI cable connections to your console and to your TV are secure.

Check that the HDMI cable is connected to the "out to TV" port on the console.

Try plugging the HDMI cable into a different HDMI port on your TV.

Try using a different HDMI cable to connect your console to your TV.

Try connecting your console to a different TV.

Power cycle your Xbox One: Press and hold the Xbox button  for 10 seconds to turn off the console, and then turn it on again.

LoL, I,have no idea. I don't believe so. I got it from my step son when he moved out. As far as I know it's just a basic XBox1.

So, completely removed FarCry4. Tried steps one and two. It's making more noise now like it's running but it did go directly to the no signal screen. Also, my controller loses control I guess. Like the "back" buttons don't work, none of them do. I mean, the Xbox button vibrates and sends a notification to my phone that a screen shot was uploaded.... So at this point, I'm at a complete loss. Turned the video back to 1080p. My TV isn't old or ancient bit doesn't have the 4K setting. Would that actually be a factor? Like I have to go our and drop a few hundred or thousand just to make the game work? I mean, that doesn't seem likely.....

Hey, thanks. I did all of those. I've been talking with the guy I bought it from. I did the remove and re-download twice. I did the hard reset. Other games are working. I've turned down the resolution to 720p. I shot screen shots of the power being in and the no signal screen. Then, put in my copy of FarCry4 and took screen shots of it loaded as well. He is just as stumped as I am. Any other ideas?
