Far Cry Primal Achivement "Conquest (all forts are captured)" didn't unlock on Xbox One X

Hello

Microsoft Support said that i should ask the Achievement Support Team here to check and then fix an bugged Achievement.

I already finished the Game and also got the two Achievements "To Ash" and "Evolution in Action" which only comes after conquering the two forts, so it's clearly bugged.

I also already cleared cache, hard reset and everything, and it didn't help.

So please asap check my profile and the achievements and then please unlock the bugged one.

Achievements not unlocked

Some basic achievements didnt unlock on Far Cry Primal and Battlefield Hardline. I'm 100% sure i met the requirements and most of those achievements are simply passing some missions. For example in Far Cry Primal o dont have 2 inital missions achievements
and unlocked some that are after those missions

No one can unlock Achievements. These are unlocked based on an Algorithm. If the code is bugged, then this will either fall under the App/Game developers or Microsoft's Xbox Engineers.

I chatted with Microsoft Support and they said must write it here to the Achievement Support Team because only they can fix it.

It's also definitely a glitch and i even reset the f%&%çing game now and did the forts again and it didn't unlock again!

Also it's impossible to not get this one if i get all others so definitely a bug.

Please check it and then unlock it like they said in the Microsoft Support Chat.

Ok nvm it did unlock in the dashboard now after doing an hard reset again.

But you know i still lost the 100% save because i had to do those two forts again and because the game has only one save and the Xbox one X no possibility to backup saves.

And then why the Support tells me to write to the Achievement Support Team here (they even provided me the link) if there is none?

Additionally i asked twice that Microsoft calls me back and both times it was said they call within 38 mins but i got no call?

Whatever i hope that issue was an exception, because loosing 65h is bad enough but there are games where more can be lost like this.

I also just noticed another "little" bug, the stats also gets reset on a new game.

So now i played 3 days but only played 3 hours. Confused? Yeah me too.

I also finished the game but only done 3 outposts, yeah sure!

But well, i will take that BD out of that drive now and quickly forget it.
