    Good evening

    I am writing to you because of my recent purchase - Far Cry 4.

    I have made two purchases, I bought one copy of this game for myself,

    and another one as a gift for my friend which is in my friends list - Furion2211.

    For me, purchase and install was successful,

    however, for my friend (Furion2211), not so much.

    You see, he got a message with serial number, but when he tries to redeem it via messages, or store - Redeem a code, or even at microsoft website via his phone, he always gets a message saying that it cannot be redeemed and should contact a person from which
    he got that code, and that's me.

    So I am writing to you, so you could resolve this problem, either make me a refund, or fix so called "gift" that I bought for Furion2211, from my xbox and visa card.

    Hello, did it state that game was region locked? Like it can only be brought from USA to USA or UK to UK...not USA to UK it will be region locked. Does friend live in same region??

    Thanks for the support message.

    Try to install the game from the ready to install list by going to My Games & Apps>Games>Scroll all the way to the right past all your games and see if it shows under "Ready to install"

    Paid the game but store did not gave me

    buy far cry 4 just window appear give it another try lost my money its frustrated situation.

    3 try and 3 far cry 4 price out on my money and check purchase on account.microsoft.com no far cry 4.
