    Far Cry 4 Extra Content on XB1 from 360


    I just got my XB1 yesterday. I bought Far Cry 4 for my 360 when it came out. I haven't played it yet, I've been playing Destiny. Can I redeem my code for my extra content for my 360 on my XB1 if I buy Far Cry 4 for it? I would just keep it for the 360
    but I would prefer to trade it to buy Destiny for the XB1, then buy Far Cry 4 later.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi, I had a problem where there extra content from my Far Cry Primal wasnt showing up, I had to click the menu button on my controller when highlighting the Far Cry Primal Apex in my games, I then had to select manage game to manage and download the extra
    items, might be the same for other games?

    Far Cry 4 Extra Content on XB1 from 360

    Sorry but the Far Cry content cannot be upgraded to the Xbox One. If it's meant for the 360 then that is what it must be used for.

    However, if you have a digital copy of Destiny that was originally purchased on the 360 then you can upgrade to the Xbox One for free. The same goes for the DLC (releases tomorrow). If you purchase it on the 360 you get a free upgrade to the Xbox One version.

    The free upgrade for Destiny is only available until January 15.

    The best thing about Far Cry multiplayer is creating your own unique maps through the map editor. Far Cry 3's map editor had a ton of content you could use which included live animals and vehicles, but most of it was excluded for use in online matchmaking.
    Without that, the multiplayer felt like a bland experience (A poor man's call of duty). Far Cry 3 had a great singleplayer experience but they never expanded it with dlc besides one extra side mission for pre-ordering the game (Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon was
    a standalone game). That's why I am worried about far Cry 4 and if I do decide to buy the game it will be either a used/discounted copy.
