    Far cry 2 still broken after 2019 system update for xbox 360


    After the last system update 2.0.17559.0 on xbox 360, far cry 2 have been unplayable by some sort of glitch that makes the game run at half the framerate with really bad screen tearing! I have tried every single solution from clearing system cache to reinstalling and restarting, ets. I have also tried it on another xbox 360 and the same issue happens. Sometimes the game boots up in its correct framerate and other times it does not, it is completely random and have now been going on since 2019-10-12 when the last update came out. This issue does not appear when running far cry 2 on xbox one.

    Due to the date of the game, I don't think they even support the game anymore but I recommend contacting Ubisoft to report the bug and work on a patch fix.

    I take it they still haven't patched the broken lobby system yet? I miss far cry 2 lobby system of hosting like 8 maps in a rotation. If they fixed this I would be back to making some maps or picking through others maps and getting them featured in a server
    I would host.

    I can only assume some more updates will come over the next year or so.
