    Hi I've been asked to post here by Xbox support about the following problems I'm having. I have been in contact with support for over 4 hours now between yesterday and today. Thank you for any help giving

    Last night I noticed I had be awarded £4.40 in store credit from Xbox rewards I decided to purchase super Lucky's tail as it would only cost me £L: 15.59 and I thought that was a good deal for a game that has been received as average
    by most critics but at £15 I thought id give it a go. (Might be a game I can play with my kids a bit down the road) I ordered this and paid through the bing app on my mobile. I then checked my ready to install list and it wasn't there I done a full power
    restart and still not there, went to the store on my Xbox to the game where it prompts me to purchase it. I think oh well it's not went through so check my bank balance and the £L: 15.59 has been took check my Microsoft account and the
    £4.40 credit is also gone. So I contact Xbox support I explained wht had happened maybe it wasn't clear. But the person I spoke to said no nothing on account let's try again and low and behold it worked. Great I think? But no I check my bank balance and
    this time £L: 19.99 has been took! I contact Xbox support again explain all this again and ( both the agents I spoke with were very nice and tried to help by the way) after 30 mins or more I get an answer of I don't know what's happened
    just need to wait? My £4.40 store credit has basically disappeared and my bank balance is £20 down this is not alot of money to some people but as a husband and father to 2 kids under the age of 2 it is to me. I have spent well over £L: 1000
    on the Xbox ecosystem since the og Xbox (still have one set up in my living room) and I have always been a massive supporter of Xbox but that will be harder from now as my wife doesn't trust that system and I can't argue at this point in time as it is a very
    expensive hobby and I have a £20 hole in my bank that she needed today. I'm sorry it's so long winded but I needed it to be clear. Thank you

    Hello Crsmartin30,

    Unfortunately, we can only handle issues with the Xbox Live Rewards program. Once Credits are deposited from our program, we no longer have any visibility or control over them, and cannot manipulate them in any way. Only billing support can assist with purchase
    issues. However, we can confirm that a deposit of 5500 Credits (4.40 GBP) occurred on November 8th.

    We do not see any charge of 15.59 GBP for Super Lucky's Tail after this deposit. We can confirm that there was a purchase made of 19.99 GBP. However, we do see that in between the deposit and this purchase, the promotional currency
    from our deposit was no longer available in your Microsoft Account. We will escalate this issue to our contact on the billing team, but you may wish to escalate this issue with billing support as well (Contact Us | Xbox Support).
    Again, unfortunately once Credits are deposited as currency, we no longer have any power over them, and this other team may be able to provide more immediate support. We apologize for the inconvenience.
