First, thank you so much for contacting us regarding your inquiry/ concern.

When it comes to issues regarding in-game events and collecting, you'll need to contact the game publishers.

If this is caused due to built-up cache on your system, try the steps below.

To do this:

For Xbox One:

- Go to the Home screen.

- Press the Menu button on the controller.

- Select Settings.

- Go to Sleep Mode & Start-Up

- Select Shut Down.

For Series X|S:

- Open Settings on Xbox.

- Select the General tab.

- Click on Power Options.

- Under the “Options” section, click the “Shutdown now” option.

- Click the “Shut down” button.

For BOTH methods, it is more effective by unplugging the power cord for 1 minute after sutting the console down.

Once done, power up the console and see if the issue continues.

If the issue persists, you'll need to contact the publishers of the game.

Wont my Xbox eventually overheat? Also, the light from the console and kinect (lets not forget the IR Blaster light also) could be annoying in a dark room.

There is nothing condescending in acknowledging that the vast majority of people (gamers included) have zero interest in the innards of a PC. You can either acknowledge this fact, or you can live in fantasyland.

PSUGRAD: I entered in RNG 110 as it suggested, adn I called Comcast to make sure that it was right. ANd I had the settings all set to on.

Studbucket33: The STB is a Xfinity Branded Pace RNG110. I do see the 3 lights, but when I used my camera, I dont see the 4th IR blaster light.
