Fan problem in my Xbox Series S since last update

Yes now ı’m playing no problem maybe tomb raider has crash not my console problem and last one

I played 2 hours game on series s and my fan voice this is it normal ?

Thanks for replying. So other people have the same problem it seems. Maybe it's related to the firmware update? If the problem persists I'm gonna send my Xbox back to Microsoft to get it fixed.

The strange thing is, as I said, my Xbox used to be very quiet during the first days, but since I installed the last update the fan is very loud. It's actually louder than the fans in my PC.

Update: my bo3 works for my Xbox one but not my series s which I don’t understand. It seemed to work after I was prompted to recover my last synced data. I tried to replicate this for my series s but to no avail.

So, I recently noticed that my Xbox Series X fan runs loud when playing Series X|S / Optimised for Series X|S games specifically.

It’s quite strange as it’s dead quiet every other time, but as soon as I start a Series X|S game, the fan becomes so loud that I need to turn up the tv volume.. it’s quite distracting.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions?

FYI - My Series X is a pre-order/launch day model.. and it sits in an open and well ventilated tv/entertainment stand*

In comparison, I owned an Xbox One S for three years and I never heard the fan on that.

I’m having the exact same problem now. The only time my Xbox sounds loud is when running series x enhanced games, it’s completely fine on old gen games. Have you had this issue fixed or is it still a problem now?

Same here, the exact same problem on my XBOX series X and S....

from 6 joysticks I have, only 2, elite 1 and and old xbox one s controller, without updated firmware, are working fine.

but all my fancy new Xbox series controllers are having this problem since past year and I was thinking the problem were my controller battery (I have the official charge and play battery on all my controllers)

hopefully they will address this soon...
