    I am getting SERIOUSLY fed up with this whole console and company.

    Hey Microsoft. Yeah I'm talking to you. You need to fix this. Now.

    My 14 year old is on my family right?

    But I allow him to play COD, Wildlands, Division 2, etc.

    Oh wait, except he can't. Because when he tries there's age restrictions on his account. I go to the Family Safety app and take the restrictions off. Seriously. Everything is off for him. On th xbox? Nope. Still on. K. So i turn everything off on the console too. Oh now he can download COD, great. It's working.

    Nope. It's not. "You need permission. Send message." K. Send message.

    Error. Go online and look up this error code.

    K. Do that. No answer given.

    You'd think THE biggest computing company in history would have this figured out. Seriously. You'd think that. But they don't. It's absolutely infuriating.

    I want help with this, support technician who reads this. I've removed my son from our family account multiple times over the years. I've downloaded 3 apps now, Xbox, Xbox Family, and Family Safety. And STILL have this problem.

    It needs resolved. Please.

    I found why a familly member child account cant play Multi Player games like plant VS zombie Under the same account even if you have configured a separate Origin account... To get this resolve you need to authtorize multi player gaming Under: settings -
    familly - confidentiality perzonalization and then pick the right to play multiplayer,,, by default a kids account is not allowed. The error message should be ajusted in games like plant vs zombie, instead of saying You need a live ID account it should state
    that you are not authorize.. I hope this help!

    I guess this really isn't a support issue but a request to improve features. Since my kids couldn't play their lego games or plants vs zombies when I wasn't home I removed them from the system and now they are recognized as guest. This solves all of the
    log in issues. Now when they play their games they have access to our saves from the cloud and on plants vs zombies they easily connect through ea servers through my profile and can play multiplayer when my wife is with them and not me. Although this is better
    the downside is they don't have their own achievements anymore and don't have the fun of being recognized by the Kinect. Wish the family system worked as well as the guest system...

    Sign in with your account at Xbox.com, then click your profile icon in the top right of the page.

    - From the dropdown click the three dots and then Xbox Settings.

    -That will take you to a page that has your Privacy & Online Safety Settings, from there you can toggle everything to 'Allow'.

    Why is the experience of using Cortana getting worse with every Xbox One Update?

    I went into settings and changed it back to 'xbox' instead of 'hey cortana' as soon as it got changed to cortana. it still works as well as it always did, which was never great. microsoft won't admit to abandoning cortana. but they certainly abandoned
    Kinect. as of September 2018, there is amazon alexa integration with xbox. which should give you an idea how invested microsoft is or isn't in cortana on xbox. I don't have an xbox one S, but I don't even think it has cortana.
