Family settings reset

Hello,

I got an xbox 360 from my sister for the kids, but I have to remove the family settings.

She says she has no idea who set up the family settings and she have no idea about the secret answers to reset the pass.

Kindly help me reset the family settings, I heard there is a code for each serial number or something. Thanks.

If it is a xbox 360 slim I have the code. It's LT,RT,LB,RB,X,Y,Left on d-pad,Left on d-pad and Left on d-pad. It reset my family settings.

to reset the family passcode you will need to contact Xbox Support,

you can either do this via
support.xbox.com/contact-us

or use the number 8(10-800) -205-81-044 it should be a correct number for Russia.

Sorry to hear it. The reset code for the settings is linked to the console's serial number. You'll need to call phone support for help resetting it. Here's the number for Sweden for you. Phone: 08 58 53 65 24 (+46 8 58 53 65 24 for calls outside Sweden)
