Family settings dont unlock access

Hi AJ, I was double checking and it seems that this is a known issue.

Please follow the advise given by Hayabusa and add a reply to that thread

Download the app here. Send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app. Or, in the Windows Search bar, type Windows Feedback Hub and open.
Select Report a Problem
Under "Summarize Your Feedback," please type the title of your bug in the following format [ Xbox Forum] Family Verify Issue
Then in "Explain in more detail," provide a small summary of the problem. Please include the region you reside in and also if you are using a VPN.
When you get to Choose a Category, make sure "Problem" is highlighted, and then on the first drop-down menu, choose "Settings." On the second drop-down menu to the right, select "Parental Controls and Family Safety."
Select "make new bug."
Under "Add more details," choose "Other."
Then in the "Attachments" section, choose "Recreate my problem." and select Start recording, which will record a video as you reproduce the problem. Also, ensure that Include data about & include screenshots of each step is check marked, which should be by default.
Finally hit submit”

Hi, thanks for the clarification and sorry for the misunderstanding

May I know if you tried approving the account using:
- a different device
- a different Wi-Fi network
Or if you have a VPN , firewall, proxy or similar service enabled. Disable such apps and try verifying the child again?

What game are you trying to play?
A free to play game or a paid game? (Like Minecraft, call of duty, etc)

And just to confirm, the account that you want to use has an active Xbox live gold / game pass ultimate subscription? (Ultimate includes live gold)

Its not the xbox live. It has a feedback loop where every time i approve the account to play it says it needs to be approved again.

its just dont work, or i can't find setting that manage it, i tried to do this with game access, and family(like adult, and like child) just always locked
