Family- setting screen time on adult account

"Organizer Account " that TylerGirdwood is referring to, is the what they used to call an "Adult Account". If you look at the family setting, it shows there.

Any screen time setting you make will not apply to an organizer account, because they are adult accounts and should be able to manage there own screen time. If you actually look at the family page, the screen time option is only available on "Member" (child)
accounts.

Screen time setting can be decided only by an adult account over a child account in order to monitor the activity of the later.

You can't set screen time over an adult account as it is supposed that an adult account is able to self monitor

There is no other way to leave the family or change any of the settings than through adults in your family. The best thing to do is ask for a new password on the account that has adult permissions in the family and change your screen time

So if I create another adult account I can manage the adult account he is already using? I didn’t think you could manage the screen time on an adult account. How do I do that? It doesn’t give me the option to set screen time limits for the adult account
he is using. I created a second adult account but it doesn’t let me set the screen time limits on the other adult account.
