Since today, Family Safety blocks certain games from starting and asking for "more time" on my son's Windows 10 PC.

The games in question are Roblox, Minecraft for Windows and Ark: Survival Evolved (via Steam). Other apps and games work fine, both installed via Microsoft store and steam.
I did have time limits set to zero for the last couple of days for these games, but I raised them today and even removed app and game limitations completely, but those three games still pretend that the alotted time is up.

The next thing I had a look at were the age restrictions. Those were set to 12 years, but even after setting them to unresticted I still get the same result.

I checked every other Family Safety setting that I could think of, but now I'm all out of ideas.

I'm at my own PC right now, but if need be, I can provide (German) screenshots of the message I'm getting.

Any ideas what could be wrong here?

    :)
