Family member shows on Xbox One, but isn't in my Microsoft family

So I've ran into a problem while trying to purchase games, due to the default privacy settings. I'm on a teen account, so I can't purchase any games. That's mostly besides the point, though. After spending a while *** around with my Microsoft family settings,
I checked Settings>Account>Family, I notice that I have one family member (with the gamertag "FugitiveSleet44")

I vaguely remember making a parent account for myself ages ago (Around early 2014, if I remember correctly) but I can't find any emails linked to this account. Is there any way that I could delete this account, or find the email attached to it or anything?

Gold Family Live Membership

I purchased a Gold Family Membership and can not figure out how to link my son's accounts to it. It already shows my one son as a family member but only shows him with a free membership.

Can't add a child to my xbox family

I am the parent. My account exists on both microsoft and xbox. I have a child account, which exists on both microsoft and xbox. The child account is a member of my microsoft family. The child is NOT a member of my xbox family. I cannot figure out how
to add the child account to my xbox family. I don not have an xbox console.

I talked to support about it for a bit, and figured I can't do much. The most you can do is get the email address associated to the parent account, but other than that you're out of luck.

I just made a completely new account so this problem won't come up in the future, and I'm currently on it now.

Then renew the subscription. It may have auto renewed the family pack if you didn't make sure auto renewal was turned off.

If the accounts are still showing as part of the family, you as the primary member, can go to the family center and choose the gamertag and "remove from family". If that isn't an option, then you don't have anyone in your family.

It has been publicly stated that the Xbox One X is a member of the Xbox One family and has the same capabilities.

I tried this too. But the instructions are wrong with regard to adding a family member from your computer. When you go to the family member page, the option to add a family member from your computer isn't there. It tells you to go to settings in the Xbox
to do this. What happened?
