Family FaceOff Level 2 & 3 Rewards

Hello,

I completed all levels of last months Family Face Off rewards and have not gotten credit for levels 2 & 3. When can I expect these to be credited to my account?

Xbox Family Face-Off Mission- Did not receive credit for level 2 or level 3

I purchased Assassins Creed Origins and earned 6 achievements in December, but I did not receive Rewards Credit for level 2 or level 3 from the Xbox Family Face-Off Mission.

Can you please correct this? Let me know if other information is needed.

no yolo level 1 and 3 - level 2 i got

Hi, i completed level 1,2 and 3 from the YOLO reward program. But i only have got level 2 reward. Why not the other rewards?!

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

We see that the Credits for those offers are currently pending in your account.

Yes, even if purchases are not processed until the offer is over, as long as you complete the activity within the offer period, it will complete. Once the processing is complete, you can see the Credits pending on your MyRewards page. For example, your purchases
from the offer have been processed and are pending on that page.

Since you bought it before th promotion ends, yes it will count. Once credits are added, you will see them listed as pending on the MyRewards section of the site.

2. Completing the Prison of Elders level 34 awards it

3. Reaching rank 3 & 5 in Iron Banner rewards it.

You can also get light level 42 gear from Variks using an armor core (awarded for level 32 PoE)

Oh ok then I guess it was just a conincedence then because I always got points right after reaching level 2 or level 3. When I made it to level 3 it said level 3 rewards earned. Though didn't get them till the end of the month.

So after thinking about it your post makes 100% sense. Hopefully the points I earned from purchasing get put in before xbox live rewards transfer to xbox live rewards or even by the 15th.
