Family control problem

Hello,

I have a problem. I send age verification and then the request was closed. When i go to Xbox site and push My account button it sends me to the https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ge-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings.
In the Microsoft account i am marked like adult. How to resolve this problem?

Family system problem

Hello, I have a problem. I cant open my Xbox profile settings because of family control. I dont have parents and family in Microsoft they aren't registred there. How can i cancel the family system control?

Once an age is set for an account it can't be changed, Meaning when you do change the age. The system won't recognize it. This is to prevent kids from simply changing their age to bypass things. If you're the parent trying to change your parent account age
for whatever reasons you may have to call support directly to see what steps need to be taken. It's a lengthy process that will take some time though, So be prepared to wait a while.

If he has a account that is connected to a family account and they control his account preferences and game content he can play that may be the problem

Hello, this problem is usually related to parental control, you can try to disable the family control settings, normally this already works.
If the problem does not resolve immediately after disabling "parental control", you can clear the Xbox cache and then restart for the changes to take effect.

In a nutshell have your partner sign into their account at account.microsoft.com/family and add you to the family as an adult and you would have the same controls as your partner in controlling any child in the family.
