Family account wallet refund

I have fallen into the trap of trying to get Robux (in game currency for the game Roblox) for my daughter. The game which is logged in using my daughters Microsoft account uses the asking permission feature in windows to control this and at this point put my into the Microsoft environment. I am asked to add money to my daughters account after giving permission which I tried to do. There was a problem however in the page wanted me to add an address (only a US address when I live in the UK).

After struggling with this for a while I went direct to the family account page where I was able to add the money to my daughters account as I was trying to do in game. Great I thought now to redeem it in game, when I try to do this however the process didn't seem linked up and still asked me to add funds to the account in dollars when I had money in pounds sterling already on the account!

Now usually I would query things at this point and go through support to get this sorted however when you have a demanding daughter who had been promised these Robux for a long time I felt I needed to purchase the Robux elsewhere (which I have managed via the website rather than the apps version). This however left me with the money in my daughters account which is no longer needed and can't be used in Roblox anyway. I thought considering I made this purchase in error and have no interest in spending the wallet I would be able to get a refund however looking through the orders page it doesn't seem that I am.

Is there any way for me to get my money back? This process is really user-unfriendly and as this is a virtual wallet I am not sure why I shouldn't be able to get my money back. It really puts me off wanting to use the family features again at this point.
