    Family account problems - please help!!!!!!!


    So i have set my son (aged 11) an account up using the family safety settings app after it was recommended i do. i now have an account that is pretty much useless. He cannot play multiplayer games for example the online part of forza horizon. I have changed the account so he can play all hours of the day and there are no content restrictions at all, but he still cant play online. How am i supposed to let him play with his mates? Please help. The only thing i can see that i havent worked out how to do is on the 'content restrictions' tab it says under 'apps games and media' and 'always allowed' and it says 'when you allow specific apps and games, they'll appear here'. i do not know how to add games to this tab. Ill say it again... please help!!!

    Yeah he has a gold subscription. He isnt getting an error messaged, its just shaded out so he cant select it. If he does click on it, it comes up with a message saying check your settings within the family safety app.

    nope everything with the primary account is forfeit including subscription time and dlc

    live life and play fair

    you can make your own subscription but there is no more family pack
